Seven things it does, and where each one fits in your week

Each feature below is shown the way it appears in the app, with the same Lantern Labs workspace and the same Sprint 24 data throughout.

Three plans, one payment each. From $119.

02Capabilities

the full list, in the order a sprint uses it

boards with your column names

Call a column “Waiting on design” and it is a column. Set a work-in-progress limit and the header warns the team before the third card lands in review.

Task boards · WIP limits

In your workflowUsed at sprint planning and any time a card changes hands.

standups answered when it suits the time zone

Three questions, typed or spoken. Voice notes are transcribed, and one digest goes to the channel at the hour you set. Anyone who hasn’t answered gets a single reminder.

Written and voice check-ins

In your workflowAnswered at the start of each person’s day, read once by everyone else.

a timeline that edits itself

Bars lengthen and shift from card progress and what people write in check-ins. A slip shows in red on the day it is mentioned, not at Thursday’s cleanup.

Auto-updating timelines

In your workflowOpen it before a client call. It already reflects this morning.

hours against capacity, per person

Estimated hours sit beside a capacity line, with time off pulled in from the calendar. When someone passes it, Zibble suggests who has room and moves the card on one click.

Workload and resource planning

In your workflowChecked on Monday and again whenever scope changes mid-sprint.

stalled work reaches the lead the same day

Write the rule once: a card with no movement across two check-ins, or a blocker typed into a standup. The right person is told in Slack, with the card and the sentence that triggered it.

Blocker alerts

In your workflowRuns between standups, so a stuck deploy is seen before the next one.

a sprint report nobody assembles

Tasks closed per day, open blockers and team utilisation are collected as the sprint runs. At the end there is a page to forward and a PDF to attach.

Reports

In your workflowSent to stakeholders on the last day of the sprint.

a task list that takes bulk edits

Switch any board to a table, tick a few rows and change status, assignee or due date in one move. Every action has a key, so the mouse is optional.

List view · Bulk actions · Shortcuts

In your workflowUsed for backlog grooming and the Friday tidy before the next sprint.

03Keyboard first

press ⌘k and go anywhere

Jump to a card, a teammate, a sprint or a setting. Type “move WRK-151 to Priya” and the palette does it.

04Around the product
